• understands the significance of preventive and health-promoting working methods in a care context
• participates in the process of decision making and follows ethical principles in his/her work
• understands the significance of multi-cultural and international care from a global perspective and can apply his/her knowledge in encounters with persons from different cultures.
• reflects on questions of social, cultural, ecological and economic sustainability in care contexts.
