Course-specific competence:	The student is able to describe different phases in the medication management process and understands the nurses responsibility and rights identifies specific factors that contribute to safe medication management and follows the governing documents and ethical principles is able to implement safe medication management and advocate cooperation between the patient and the care team, as well as counsel patients and next-of-kin in medication management demonstrates accuracy in mediation calculation and is able to reflect in a critical manner over the reliability of medication management.
