Instructions for submitting a Learning Agreement
Learning Agreement for Traineeship is, for the time being, done with the paper form. Please send us your Learning Agreement only after your have received a practice placement offer from us.
Learning Agreements for Studies shall be done online via the Erasmus Without Paper Network, after your proposed study plan has been approved by our international coordinator. Note that your Learning Agreement should match exactly your proposed study plan in SoleMove.
Your home university can give you more information about how to create a Learning Agreement. In case your home university has not implemented the Online Learning Agreement yet, we also accept Learning Agreement for Studies in pdf-format. In this case, both you and your home university should sign the document before sending it to our international coordinator.
