Nomination deadlines

Please send the nomination by email to our international coordinator by:

15 April for the autumn term
15 October for the spring term

The nomination should include the name of the student, date of birth, gender, email address, planned period of stay and the Degree Programme at Novia in which the student wants to study.

General application deadlines

After the student has been nominated we will register the person in the online mobility programme SoleMove and s/he will get an email with a link to the programme and a user name and password.

Incoming student shall submit his/her application via SoleMove by:

1 May for the autumn term
1 November for the spring term

Please note that there are specific deadlines and application procedures for practice placements in Nursing and the European Project Semester, EPS. More information is found below.

Students applying to the degree programme in Fine Arts or Media Culture are requested to send their portfolios (preferably as a link to a website).

Application for a Practice Placement in Nursing

Nursing placements are offered in Vaasa and Turku. Students accepted for a practice placement in Nursing need to follow the health regulations in Vaasa and Turku as listed below.

Students from the Nordic countries should read the information (in Swedish) in the document "Hälsokrav för nordiska studerande".

Application for a European Project Semester (EPS)

Novia UAS is a member of the European Project Semester (EPS) network. The European Project Semester is a program offered by ten European universities in eight countries throughout Europe primarily to third year students. EPS is created with engineering students in mind, but students from other fields of study are also welcome.

Novia UAS runs EPS twice a year: during the autumn semester from September-December and during the spring semester from February-May.

The application deadline for EPS is 1 November for the spring term and 1 May for the autumn term. For more information about EPS and the application procedure please visit the following website.
