This exploratory analysis assesses where and under which conditions different green transition energy systems could be developed in Raseborg. The document presents an overview of energy systems under consideration, along with some additional suggestions, and their requirements and potential social and environmental impacts.The key message across all infrastructure options considered in the report is: Green transition projects are only sustainable when they are well-located, well-designed, and clearly aligned with real climate and societal goals.
The analysis offers a context map, where available land for a possible development is highlighted, to further explore suitable areas considering the availability of land, proximity distances and energy requirements of different energy options.
