Separate Application 

The eligibility requirement is a upper secondary school certificate and at least 120 ECTS (two years) of higher educational level studies. The qualifying achievements must be completed by the end of the application period at the latest.

1) Apply online at Studyinfo.fi

• Apply 30 March 8 am - 13 April 2027 3 pm (Finnish time)

Submit your application online at www.studyinfo.fi during the application period.

Please submit your application well in advance of the deadline to avoid possible network problems and power cuts.

Late applications are not considered. 

2) Upload attachments

Upload your application attachments in the online application form within the given deadline.

• Upload your attachments before 20 April 2027 3 pm (Finnish time)

3) Wait for entrance interview invitation e-mail

Invitations to the entrance examinations are sent by e-mail about one week before the exam. Check your e-mail regularly, including your spam and junk folders.

4) Entrance Examination (Online interview)

• The online interviews are held between 31 May and 4 June 2027. 

Applicants who do not participate in the interview cannot be admitted.

5) Results 

• The results are published at the earliest from 10 June 2027.

If you are admitted to the degree programme, you will receive your admission offer by e-mail. 

Please notice that you can only accept one study place per semester in Finland even if you are offered multiple study places. Accepting a study place is binding and cannot be changed.

Please familiarize yourself with the information about The One Study Right Rule before accepting your study place.

6) Accepted as a student?

Remember to accept your study place in My Studyinfo service and follow the given instructions.

The last day to accept the study place is 13 July 2027 3 pm (Finnish time). 

The last day to be accepted from the waiting list is 3 August 2027 3 pm (Finnish time).

It is obligatory to register for attendance or non-attendance in addition to accepting your study place. Studies begin in August/September 2027, the exact date will be published in due course.

7) Information for new students

Our information package for new students who start their studies in the academic year 2027-2028 will be available in April.

Selection method:

• Pre-task and entrance exam online

The Pre-task consists of a CV, a Personal Statement, and a Portfolio. The entrance exam will be an online interview held between 31 May and 4 June 2027.

Applicants are required to familiarize well with the selection method and mandatory attachments.
