Training for Your Staff?

In addition to our stand-alone seminars and courses, on behalf of you, we can tailor training courses for municipalities, government departments, businesses, and other organisations seeking to develop and upskill their staff. Upon the completion of training or a course, a certificate will be issued. We can also put together lectures and seminar days based on the wishes of yourself or your partners and customers.

Need to rent a Space?

Since Novia hosts many external events of varying types, Novia's modern campuses have become familiar to many external visitors. The campusses are equipped with modern technology which makes them suitable for conferences, fairs, and meetings.

From us, you can rent auditoriums, computer rooms, classrooms, video conferencing spaces, conference rooms, and/or meeting rooms. We can also offer catering, such as morning coffee, lunch, or dinner. If catering services are required, they will be managed by the contractor(s) offering those services on campus.

Classroom, accommodates 50-70 people (2 available) 50 euro/h, 200 euros/day. The room includes a computer, a screen, and internet connection. Classroom, accommodates 40 people (3 available) 30 euro/h, 120 euro/day. The rooms include a computer, a screen, and internet connection. Prices include 24 % VAT, as well as admin costs, key/door handling, and cleaning fee.

Raasepori Campus

Classrooms, accommodate 10-35 people. Price 31 euro/h  and 155 euro/day.

Reserving a space at Novia's Campus Allegro in Pietarsaari

Schauman Hall, accommodates 356 people (with extra audience seats for 400 people). Östra långgatan (large lobby space), accommodates approx. 200 people.
Södra tvärgatan (smaller lobby space), accommodates approx. 180 people. Green Room, accommodates approx. 12 people. This room has with video conferencing access. Chamber Music Hall D2-130, accommodates approx. 60 people, this hall has a projector.

Theory Lab, accommodates approx. 15 people, this room has a smartboard and 15 Macs.
Cast Room J122, J221, J222, these rooms are equipped with PA, drums, guitar and bass amplifiers, and keyboard or grand piano (teaching rooms for individual instruction can be rented according to availability).

Practical Information
The spaces are rented out in the condition that they are in currently. Prices apply for rent during the Campus opening hours. Costs caused by unnecessary alarms are to be paid by the tenant. Damage caused to property or equipment is the responsibility of the tenant and they will be in charge of paying any costs incurred.
