Rolling Admission - how it works

Rolling admission procedures are applied, meaning that admission results are published on an ongoing basis throughout the application period. Admission results are generally published after each entrance examination round.

Applicants may submit only one application form in the Rolling Admission to Novia UAS. Applicants may apply to only one degree programme, and they cannot change their choice after submitting the application.

Applicants are ranked within each entrance examination round based on the score achieved in the entrance examination. Applicants who achieve a passing score are offered a study place ranked based on the order of their scores until all places have been filled. If all places are filled during an ongoing entrance examination round, the admission score determines the ranking, and applicants who have passed but cannot immediately be offered a study place are placed on a waiting list. In the event of equal admission scores, the order in which applications were submitted determines the internal ranking.

Novia reserves the right to close applications for a study programme in the Rolling Admission before the application round ends (30 April 2027) if all available places are filled during the application round.

The entrance exams are arranged during five entrance examination rounds during the application round. Note that the application might close earlier if all study places are filled.

Entrance Examination Rounds:

o   Round 1: Exams are held 7–9 December 2026 (for applications submitted no later than 15 Nov 2026)

o   Round 2:  Exams are held 25–27 January 2027 (for applications submitted during 16 Nov 2026–3 Jan 2027)

o   Round 3:  Exams are held  8–10 March 2027 (for applications submitted during 4 Jan –14 Feb 2027)

o   Round 4:  Exams are held 5–7 April 2027 (for applications submitted during 15 Feb –14 Mar 2027)

o   Round 5:  Exams are held 17–19 May 2027 (for applications submitted during 15 Mar –30 Apr 2027)
