Content
The course introduces the use of data in the planning, monitoring, and management of construction projects. Students learn to use project data to support decision‑making and to identify the key methods and tools of data‑driven project management. The course also examines the importance of data quality and timeliness for successful project delivery.
Goal
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - understand the importance of data‑driven decision‑making in construction projects - identify the key information flows within projects - utilize data in scheduling, cost management, and risk management - understand the role of digital project‑management tools - recognize the potential of analytics and artificial intelligence in project management - interpret performance indicators that describe project execution
