Goal
The student: - is able to create and articulate a personal and authentic leadership approach that culminates in a mission statement about continued learning is a key component - is able to create a vision and develop behaviors to successfully lead a diverse group of people through uncertain environments - is able to present a variety of interventions to enhance an innovative, sustainable and inclusive work environment by demonstrating cultural sensitivity and advanced communication skills
