Goal
The student - knows the basic anatomy and physiology of plants - knows about the plants' uptake and transport of nutrients - knows the botany and production biology of cultivated plants - can use development scales for cereals and oilseeds and knows development scales for other crops - understands the different purposes of cereal cultivation and can, on the basis of plant physiological principles, choose a suitable cultivation technique - knows the key parameters of product quality and knows how to achieve different quality goals - know the wintering strategies of the cultivated plants and factors that influence wintering.
