Goal
The student - Understands the difference between goal-driven and goal-seeking processes and how to drive these processes in different ways - Is aware of and can utilize leadership tools in goal-seeking processes - Can identify the maturity level of a team and support its development appropriately in various developmental stages - Understands how individuals' development impacts the team and how to lead different individuals
