During autumn 2025, we will gradually implement a a new registration service. Please follow the instructions in the course information/registration for each course, and we will follow up on all registrations. We apologise for any confusion while we develop new procedures.
Non-degree studies are, as a rule, subject to fees. Certain categories of students are exempted from the fee for Open UAS studies.
If you are a secondary education student and wish to take part in Open UAS studies at Novia UAS, you will be exempted from the fee. Also Novia's registered alumni study free of charge at the Open UAS during the year of graduation and during the following two calendar years. Please notify us in connection with the application if you belong to any of the above mentioned categories. You can also contact openuas@novia.fi in case you are unsure.
Specialisation studies, other type of continuing education as well as Open UAS studies may in some cases be paid for by your employer. In this case, please enter the billing address in connection with the application.
Cancellation Terms
Open UAS
If you come up with second thoughts regarding participation and wish to cancel your study place at the Open UAS, please notify us via openuas@novia.fi in writing no later than one week after the course has started. If you cancel your study place later, or not at all, you are required to pay the fee according to the price list. Paid fees are not refunded.
Specialisation Studies
If you choose to cancel your study place after you have been admitted, you will be charged half the price. Cancellation should take place before the studies start by contacting the responsible Continuing Education Planner mentioned in the course information. Paid fees are not refunded in the case that you terminate your studies.
Other Continuing Education
Cancellation should be done no later than 3 days before the course start by contacting the responsible Continuing Education Planner or other mentioned contact person for the course.
Prices
Modules of 15-30 credits: 200 euros
Modules more than 30 credits: 300 euros
Integrated studies, unlimited number of credits in Open UAS (Integrated) 100 euros/term (1 August-31 December or 1 January-31 July)
Individual courses within Open UAS 15 euros/credit

The fee include registration and instruction. Separate fees may apply for study materials and copying. .
