Pamela works as a Project Manager at Novia University of Applied Sciences. She has a background in social and healthcare services and has worked in maternity clinics, elderly care, health centers, emergency services, and an ENT outpatient clinic. Pamela has also held positions as a chairperson and has experience in leadership. In addition, she has carried out healthcare assignments in Norway and Senegal.

Education

Pamela is a Registered Nurse and Midwife (UAS), and holds a Master’s degree (UAS) with a specialization in Health Promotion. She has also completed the Specialist Vocational Qualification in First-Line Management (Lähiesimiesten ammattitutkinto) and has undertaken further training in leadership.

Teaching

Pamela is currently studying pedagogy and hopes to teach healthcare subjects in the future. She is also interested in special education.
