Marica is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing and teaches leadership in both bachelor’s and master’s programmes. She is a registered nurse, holds a Master of Health Sciences, and is a doctoral researcher at Åbo Akademi University. Her research focuses on older people and the significance of different housing arrangements. Marica’s areas of expertise include leadership, digital leadership, lean, and continuous improvement.
