Annemari Andrésen is a senior lecturer in Business Administration and Operations Manager for Drivhuset Novia. She is an expert in business development, entrepreneurship, and project management.
Andrésen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.Sc. Bus Adm) and is a qualified vocational teacher and special education teacher. She coaches a team of business administration students and teaches subjects such as value-creating business development, research and development, and leadership. Andrésen has previously worked with consulting in B2B, HRM, and project management. She has 20 years of experience working internationally in the marine industry.

Light in the Dark - Increasing resilience in rural and coastal tourism in the northern Baltic Sea Region by developing off-seasons experiences
Period: 9.8.2023 - 31.1.2027
The project helps small and medium-sized businesses in the tourism industry to create nature-based initiatives during the low season to attract tourists to rural and coastal areas in the northern Baltic Sea region throughout the year.

StudENT - En modell för hållbar entreprenörskapsvägledning
Period: 15.8.2022 - 31.12.2024
The project focused on developing entrepreneurship guidance in higher education. The goal was to develop a working method, a model for guiding students in sustainable entrepreneurship, based on a proven Swedish model.
Myrsky - Yritysten muutoskyvykkyys, vihreä siirtymä ja digitalisaatio Länsi-Suomessa

A national project involving 22 universities of applied sciences, aimed at strengthening collaboration between universities and businesses. The purpose was to help particularly small businesses create growth through change and inspire courage to renew their operations.
CCEF - Climate & Circular Economy Factory
Period: 7.10.2021 - 15.1.2024
The universities of applied sciences Novia and Haaga-Helia, along with Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, built a joint competence center for circular economy through the Climate & Circular Economy Factory (CCEF) project. The goal was for the joint competence center to support companies wanting to reshape their business model to meet challenges in circular economy.
Archipelago Business Development
