About the project
AI-Teko! is a development project aimed at strengthening the social services sector’s capacity to adopt generative AI in an ethical, safe, and sustainable way. The project targets social service organizations and their employees, supervisors, and management. Through training, mentoring, and piloting AI‑based solutions, the project seeks to improve work processes, reduce workload, and increase the sector’s attractiveness. The overall goal is to free up time for more meaningful tasks and address urgent challenges such as labor shortages and growing productivity demands.Project goal
The project aims to enhance the social services sector’s readiness to implement generative AI ethically and securely in everyday work. By increasing digital and AI-related competence among both staff and leadership, the project will support more efficient work processes and reduce repetitive, time‑consuming tasks. A key objective is to promote co‑creation and the development of new work practices that improve well‑being and reduce workload. The project also seeks to test and document AI solutions in practice to build scalable and transferable models that can be widely applied across the sector. Finally, it will develop supportive materials, such as a visual AI roadmap and digital training guides to enable long‑term and sustainable AI implementation within social services.UN's Sustainable Development Goals
