Career Monitoring 2025

Novia cares about its alumni and wants to ensure that our degree programmes lead to a strong position in the labour market. Through the annual Career Monitoring survey, we gain valuable insights into how our former students have established themselves professionally, as well as how we can continue to improve our programmes for the future.

This year, the survey is aimed at everyone who graduated from Novia in 2020. By sharing their experiences, alumni help us improve the quality of our programmes and ensure that they remain attractive and relevant for both employers and society. The Career Monitoring survey is also part of the national funding model for higher education institutions.

Timeline for Career Monitoring 2025

The survey begins on 8 October and will remain open until 9 November. To increase the response rate and explain the purpose of the survey, Novia’s Alumni Coordinator will reach out to alumni in the weeks leading up to the launch.

Important for the future

Career Monitoring is a central part of our quality assurance work. It helps us ensure that our programmes maintain a high standard and that our alumni have the best possible conditions for a successful professional life.
