Boost your career prospects with Vaasa International Talents Programme!

Are you an international Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student at one of Vaasa’s universities? The Vaasa International Talents programme offers a unique opportunity to gain the skills, insights, and connections for your professional career in Finland.

The programme now runs twice a year, Autumn and Spring. Applications for the Autumn 2026 programme will open on the 22nd of August.

What’s in It for You?

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must:

  • you hold a valid residence permit in Finland or have a Finnish citizenship
  • you are an international Master or Bachelor student in an English speaking programme or you are an international Master or Bachelor student studying your programme in Finnish or Swedish
  • you have completed at least your first year of studies in Bachelor level
  • you have graduated from any of the following institutions since September 2025

Eligible institutions include:

  • University of Vaasa
  • VAMK University of Applied Sciences
  • Novia University of Applied Sciences
  • Åbo Akademi University
  • Hanken School of Economics
