On October 22–23, WSTAR LAB – a new research infrastructure for data centers – opens in Vaasa.

During this two-day launch event, participants will enjoy presentations and talks, networking opportunities, collaborative planning of future research activities – and a chance to unwind in the University of Vaasa’s 500-square-meter arcade hall.

At the same time, the WSTAR project team will launch a new R&D network for data centers: WSTAR HUB.

The purpose of the event is both to showcase the new data center lab and to spark discussion about the future of data centers and data center research.

The event is open to the public and will take place at the University of Vaasa campus and Technobothnia (Universitetsstranden 10 and Wolffskavägen 32). The program will be held in English.
