GeoDay 2025 at Novia in Raseborg 20.11.2025

On 20 November 2025, Novia UAS will host a GeoDay event at its Raseborg Campus as part of the global ESRI GIS Day initiative. The day offers an exciting full-day program featuring guest lectures, demonstrations, and student presentations on the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data across various fields, from agriculture and forestry to construction, maritime operations, and game development.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience practical demonstrations of drones (air, surface, and underwater), GPS, total stations, as well as VR and AR technologies. In addition, a student seminar and poster exhibition will showcase how students apply GIS in their studies.
