- the basic concept of geodesy, the measurement technique - Measurement of distances, angles and altitude differences with total station, leveling instruments and GNSS instruments - adjustment of leveling projects - calculation of coordinates and setting out data
Goal
After passing the course the student is expected to: - be able to define, identify and describe basic concepts in surveying technology - be able to understand basic principles for surveying with leveling instruments, total station and GNSS instruments - be able to perform, explain and defend the basic principles of detail surveying - be able to choose the appropriate method for detail surveying task
