Goal
The student : - is able to solve equations of first and second degree - masters basic simplification of simple mathematical formulas and expressions. - understands and is able to find linear relationships between two variables - is able to solve systems of linear equations - is familiar with the parabola and its equations - knows how mathematical models can be applied in problem solving.
