After completing the course, the student will be able to: Understand how AI affects leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational development Analyze the opportunities and risks of AI from a strategic and ethical perspective Use AI to support analysis, reflection, and communication in a leadership role Lead AI-related change processes with a focus on direction, engagement, and purpose Develop principles and guidelines for responsible and sustainable AI use in organizations Reflect on how AI impacts organizational culture, values, and the role of leadership
