From AI assistant to AI agent: development from support to more autonomous solutions How AI can interpret information, make decisions, and perform actions in workflows Workflows and automation using no-code tools Use of organizational data to improve AI outputs How AI can direct different paths in a process depending on the situation Human control in AI-based processes Limitations and the management of uncertainty and sensitive information Monitoring, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Connection to organizational processes and value creation

Goal:

After completing the course, the student will be able to: Understand what AI agents are and how they differ from traditional AI tools and automation Explain how AI can be used in workflows to support and automate business processes Design and configure simple agent-based solutions using no-code tools Identify situations where AI should make decisions and when human control is required Identify suitable use cases for AI agents in organizations Evaluate the business value and efficiency of agent-based solutions Identify risks and limitations and apply basic control mechanisms Justify the selection of AI solutions based on organizational needs, ethics, and risk management
