Goal:

The student • Can evaluate critically leadership theories and apply them in practice. • Can identify challenges in leadership. • Knows how to investigate corporate social responsibility as ethical guideline for leadership in business, societal and cultural environments. • Can align a coaching approach in leadership. • Develops an ability for strategic overviews.

Goal:

The student • Identifies the development tasks of organizations and companies and select the appropriate research approach and data collection methods for these tasks. • Can plan and schedule a research and development project effectively. • Is able to utilize key concepts related to research and development methods. • Can apply chosen research and development approaches and data collection strategies in their development or thesis plans, or in project work during the course. • Thinks critically when selecting research and development approaches and sources. • Implements results from research and development work in organizational development. • Evaluates the success of the applied research approach and the suitability of the research methods in their thesis projects or other projects. • Justifies the chosen research approach and methods, and critically assess the selected research approach, data collection methods, literature, and empirical data. • Leverages the results of research and development projects at a strategic level in organizational development work.
