Goal
After completing the course, students must: - be able to understand and apply basic principles for property valuation - be able to identify and implement strategies to ensure physical security in properties - understand the basic technical systems in a property - be able to develop and implement long-term maintenance plans that ensure the property's value and function over time. - be able to analyze the energy use in a property and identify opportunities for energy efficiency
