The Vaasa International Talents Programme is jointly arranged by five universities in Vaasa: University of Vaasa, Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences, Novia University of Applied Sciences, Åbo Akademi University and Hanken School of Economics.

This joint effort falls under the operations of the Vaasa Consortium of Higher Education.
