All applicants must fill in an electronic application form by the end of the application period (no later than 23 January 2019), and upload an advance assignment and a CV no later than 30 January 2019 at 15:00.
The advance assignment will test your skills in automation technology.

Advance assignments uploaded after the deadline will not be considered. Applicants who have not submitted an advance assignment nor a CV will not be invited to the entrance examination. The advance assignment and the CV will be rated using the scale 0 - 5. Applicants with approved advance assignments will be invited to the entrance examination.
The entrance examination will be held in Vasa, Finland or by Internet-based communication on the 18 – 23 March 2019 .
The entrance examination consists of an interview. English language proficiency will be assessed in connection with the entrance examination.
If you do not participate in the entrance examination you cannot be admitted. The entrance examination can give you a maximum of 100 points. You must obtain at least 20/100 points in the entrance examination to be admitted. All sections of the entrance examination must be passed in order to be considered for admission.
In cases of equal admission scores, applicants will be ranked on the following grounds:
1. entrance examination and/or advance assignment;
2. the preferred programme ranking on the application form.
If these criteria fail to produce a difference between tied applicants, a university of applied sciences may choose to admit all or none of the equally ranked applicants, or the applicants will be automatically ranked by lots drawn by a computer system.
