- CoastGIS 2021 Local Organising Committee

 COVID-19

We in the Local Organising Committee at Novia University of Applied Sciences and in the International CoastGIS Committee are closely following developments related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. We are following the information and recommendations from the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), which cooperates with the European Centre for Disease Prevention Control (ECDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are also following travel recommendations of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.

Due to the pandemic, CoastGIS in Raseborg has been moved to 2021 and will be held on 16-18 September 2021 as a hybrid event, enabling both in-person and virtual participation.

We will continue to follow the situation closely and will provide further updates when they are available. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow the recommendations of your local health officials and we hope you stay healthy.
