Admissions Office
The Admissions Office at Novia University of Applied Sciences handles the joint application. The admissions office offers the following services:
- Information and advice about applying
- Student admissions and claims for adjustment (appeals)
- Confirmation of acceptance for the academic year 2012-2013
Contacting the Admissions Office
When you contact the admissions office please state your name and application number. This helps the admissions officer when assisting you with your questions. You can also check the page with Frequently Asked Questions FAQ about admissions in case you find the answer to your question there. You can reach our staff by phone during office hours, Monday - Friday, between 09.00 am - 03.00 pm (+ 2hrs GMT).The admissions office is closed over weekends and all national holidays. If you wish to visit the admissions office in person please make an appointment.

Please note that phone hours are between 12.00 pm - 2.00 pm (+ 2hrs GMT), Monday - Friday, during weeks 25-30 (18 June - 27 July). The admissions office is closed week 28 (9 July - 13 July).
